The I am Centred AromaRemedy is an oil for meditation. Its five emotionally strengthening essential oils will ground your energy, unclutter your mind and help you in the practice of mindfulness. To be in the present and to practice mindfulness is a powerful tool for self-discovery, a process that opens our inner knowing and one that helps us to let go of obsessions and worries, and to find an inner tranquillity.
Jasmine triggers joyful optimism, opening the mind to transcend time and place.
Sandalwood brings serenity and calm, preparing the mind to receive inner guidance and balance.
Ginger warms and strengthens our energy, opening our awareness and renewing our focus.
Cinnamon invigorates the mind, counteracts nervous exhaustion and releases positivity and inner strength.
Frankincense has an elevating, warming and deeply soothing effect on the mind and emotions. It slows and deepens the breath when we are anxious and allows the mind to find a natural state of balance.
Sit comfortably and roll the I am Centred oil onto the palms of your hands and wrists. Close your eyes and cup both hands in front of your face. Inhale deeply. Bring your attention to the sensation and rhythm of the breath entering and leaving your body, and of breathing in the healing properties of the natural essential oils with joyful gratitude. In the stillness of your mind say ‘I am centred’ with understanding and acceptance to gratefully be present in the life that you have.
I was feeling frazzled after a busy Monday morning when things didn’t go to plan. I applied I am Centred to my wrists and inhaled… I soon felt calmer, and less overwhelmed by all the tasks in front of me. I felt I could focus, and that I was more in control of what I needed to do. Since then I’ve kept a bottle on my desk and have used it everyday. I definitely feel more relaxed.
I woke up this morning with a pounding headache. So I reached for my I am Centred and applied it to my temples and behind my ears. I did some deep breathing, counted my blessing and 10 minutes later I got up, headache gone! I now carry one in my handbag too.
