This hydrating body wash blends soothing Vanilla with energising Ginger for a bathing experience that will relax and revive the senses. Comforting Vanilla relieves anxiety and soothes the skin, while warming Ginger helps boost circulation and ease muscular aches and pains. Also in the mix are sensuous and nourishing Rose, refreshing and toning Bergamot, grounding and healing Patchouli, and mood-boosting Geranium.
Vanilla has a soft, sensual scent, is packed with antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties and is a natural relaxant. On an energetic level, it is joyful, deep and rich, and helps to soften feelings of frustration and irritability.
Warming Ginger has an energising effect on the psyche and helps to relieve poor circulation and ease the pain in sore muscles and joints.
Rose is a superb moisturiser, especially on dry, mature and sensitive skin. It also helps to ease redness and inflammation. It has a rich, intoxicating scent that brings balance and harmony, and promotes a feeling of happiness.
Geranium is an uplifting aromatic oil that balances the hormones, fights stress and helps to heal wounds.
Bergamot helps to tone skin and has a refreshing citrus scent that helps to relieve anxiety and depression.
Patchouli has wonderfully grounding and balancing effect. It has good deodorising properties, promotes the faster healing of wounds and is excellent in treating dehydrated skin.
Pour under warm, running bath water, or lather all over the body when showering, and let the therapeutic blend refresh both body and mind.
This body wash is subtly scented, yet still leaves a lovely vanilla smell on your skin after you step out the shower (plus it has a hint of ginger too!). It works up a beautiful lather and feels silky soft against your skin. In fact, it left my skin feeling a lot softer than usual and was particularly nice on the colder winter days (I’m usually left with dry skin after my hot morning shower).
I love anything with vanilla, but the combination with ginger is truly amazing.
I have sensitive skin and steer clear of anything too heavily fragranced. But this has a subtle aroma that lingers, and is so soothing on my skin.
