For best results, use before retiring to bed, or after a warm bath or shower when skin best absorbs the full therapeutic benefits of the oils. Apply 3-5ml to hands and massage in using gentle but firm, upward stroking movements, covering the entire neck and bust area. End off by using circular movements around the breasts until all the oil has been absorbed.
