Apply the shampoo to wet hair, massage well into the scalp and then rinse off with warm water. Apply the conditioner to damp hair after washing hair. Leave in for five minutes, then rinse hair with warm water.
Apply about 5ml of the Regrowth Plus Concentrate oil to damp hair. Massage well into both the scalp and hair. Wrap hair in a towel and give the oil an hour or two to penetrate, then shampoo and condition hair as normal. For a more intense treatment, leave the oil in hair overnight, then shampoo and condition in the morning.
