Vitamin C – Ingesting Vitamin C is important for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body. It helps the body make collagen, an important protein used to make skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels. Vitamin C will boost the immune system and it is needed for healing wounds, and for repairing and maintaining healthy skin

Rosehip extract – Rosehips are rich in nutrients and a good source of Vitamin C and have well-documented anti-oxidant properties. Rosehip has gained attention for its anti-ageing and antioxidative properties.

Citrus Bioflavonoids – are a unique set of phytochemicals — meaning, they’re compounds produced by plants. It complements Vitamin C and enhances the antioxidant’s health benefits. Citrus bioflavonoids have been used amongst other things to help foster healthy ageing and longevity.

Take one tablet daily with a glass of water. CAUTION: Not for use during pregnancy unless cleared by a medical practitioner. Not suitable for children under 14kg in weight.
