‘Rescue Remedy in a tube’

The Destressing Treatment is another product that is always in my handbag as it is fantastic for relieving headaches, sore and tired muscles, joint pains, etc. I call it my ‘Rescue Remedy in a tube’ and it is my go-to product when I need any sort of pain relief! I love massaging it into my shoulders before I go to bed as that releases the tension from the day and the Valerian in it helps to calm my mind so that I can fall asleep.
