Supports my mood

I decided to use these tablets because of my age, which is 52. I wasn’t suffering from too many peri-menopausal symptoms apart from breast tenderness. What I discovered after taking them for a month, then stopping for a month, was that I was having mood swings which I had  never put down to my hormones. When I checked on the ingredients and how they helped, I was amazed that this was one of the main benefits. I truly thought it was just everything going on with lockdown, uncertainty, fear, etc – but my feelings of sadness one day, then intense irritability and repeat, were all due to my up and down hormones. I would truly recommend these supplements ! And, by the way, I no longer have breast tenderness either.
